I wish I could give this place more stars. The selection is huge, a truly beautiful store inside. Vast selection, plenty of samplers. The owners Brad and Cassie are some of the kindest nicest people. Ordering things offline is a breeze and the website always up to date.

I ordered a Henson razor about 10:30 Wednesday morning. 20 minute later, I get an email from Maggard letting me know my order had shipped. Received my new razor Friday afternoon. Remarkable performance from Maggard's and F.E. shipping. That's the kind of service that keeps me coming back to Maggard's for most of my shave gear. Thanks !!

Rarely get to this part of Michigan so I took the opportunity to venture in. I am so glad I did. Worked with a gentleman by the name of Ryan. Superb customer service. Anything and everything you need or want to know in the world of shaving is through those doors. Keep up the good work.

We went in about 30 minutes before they closed, knowing it wouldn't be a super quick trip (sorry Penny!), and they never made us feel rushed to leave so they could close. Penny was top notch customer service--she explained different things, suggested some scents that we might otherwise never have tried, and was helpful in deciding what to ultimately buy. She never pressured us to purchase anything, just wanted us to be happy with what we wanted. We will definitely be repeat customers. I love that they have samples of a LOT of their products so you don't pay full price for something you hate, especially if you can't make it into the store yourself to smell stuff ahead of time.

Great selection and competitive prices. I bought some shave soap and other supplies online I was very impressed with the quality of the products and the care of the packaging. I was very impressed with the shave brush I bought that's maggards brand. It's under 20 bucks and does a great job. After this order, they have become my go to place.

Made a few orders online from here. Love the selection and I appreciate the passion and confidence that they have behind their product. Customer support is incredibly friendly and easy to work with. Ehile there are many options to choose from when building a razor, their site is set up in a way that takes the confusion out by providing insight on the advantages of each razor part/type. Will continue to shop here and recommend it at every chance I get!
